Valentine’s Day is just around the corner. Great. The problem is, we’ve never really been the sort of bunch to tempt people with flowers & cards; and we’re all for chocolate but really we want something with a bit more bite – say, a super hot chilli from Mathilda’s in Bristol or a silky couple of cocktails at Betty’s Coffee in London. So we’ve put ourselves to the test to see how successful Wriggle can be at pulling in a seriously good date. Rob (chief-Wriggler) explains why you’ll find his face on Tinder this month…
In late November we expanded Wriggle from its Bristol home and launched in London. Without the funding to splurge posters all-over the Tube, we were on the lookout for a cheeky growth-hack to get the Wriggle name out there.
With the help of a photographer friend and a few simple signs, braver members of the team created a Tinder profile (under our genuine names, no false accounts) and put ourselves on the market. Checkout the photos below – and look-out for a follow-up post next week on the results… Who do you think got the most matches?
p.s. Tinder users – keep a look-out for the Wriggle boys and girls
Rob is Wriggle’s main man. When he’s not busy being a legitimate business man, you’ll find him sipping a crisp IPA & eating something spicy, most likely in the nearest bar with a ping pong table – challenge him if you dare!
